This has been on my bucketlist for years, and the main reason we went to Guatemala - and it did not disappoint! We did the 2-day, 1-night hike with OX Expeditions, and it was truly beautiful. We were the first big group to make it to the top, so we had a chance to view the stunning Fuego volcano erupting, and then complete the Acatenango hike for stunning sunrise views. I highly recommend OX Expeditions as your guides, they were well prepared and organized, it's one of the most reputable companies in Antigua.
